• The apprentice must be enrolled in a New Zealand apprenticeship training scheme.
• They must have been accepted for sponsorship by a reputable merchant/supplier,
bemployer or family member.
• They must have support and nomination from their employer who agrees to pay into the scheme.
• They must have been working with their employer for at least three months
b(recommended six months) but no more that two years into their apprenticeship
• They must be a New Zealand resident or citizen.
