What happens if one party pulls out prior to 6 years?

If for some reason an apprentice leaves his/her employment:
• The employer gets back all the money he has contributed to the trust less administration fees.
• The sponsor receives the tool money the apprentice has deposited into the trust
bless administration fees.
• The apprentice keeps the tools supplied.

However, if an employer pulls out or the sponsor, each case will be accessed, and the scheme
may be able to be transferred.
